How to Invite Your Team Members to a Retro Board Andrew Dawson

Facilitators can grant team members access on the retrospective board level as well as on the account level.

Invite team members to join just a single board by navigating to the Share button on any retrospective board.

Clicking the Share button will open the Share Your Retrospective pop up.

On this pop up you will have the option to share a link, notify the team, set a password, or invite new users to the team. When you share a link you have two options for how people who join with the link are handled.

1. Must already be in this team
2. Will automatically be added to this team

Share your link and your team will be ready to start the retrospective meeting!
