How to Create and Track a Program

For team leads or other organizational leaders, it's vital to be able to track team health at scale, especially when you're managing several teams contributing to the same goal.

Admin level team members can set up a Program that allows them to connect teams running retrospectives in ScatterSpoke.

Navigate to your Organization Dashboard and select Teams in the lefthand menu.

Then select Programs in the new lefthand menu.

To create your first program, start by clicking +Create in the program modal.

Create a New Program by typing in your Program name and Selecting the relevant teams that will join the program.

Setting up a program of several teams will allow this group of collaborators to run Scaled Retrospectives inside ScatterSpoke. Data will be aggregated for this group and facilitators will now be able to launch a program-level retrospective through the main ScatterSpoke dashboard.
